Professor Corey Hutchins, co-director of the 91Â鶹ӳ» Journalism Institute, is set to lead a dynamic 2 1/2-week Pre-College course for high school students as part of the Summer Pre-College Program offered by 91Â鶹ӳ» in 2024.
His "Writing the News" course aims to equip students with essential skills in gathering and crafting information into compelling and engaging narratives. His class will focus on instilling an understanding of how different kinds of writing can operate within their own guidelines, ethics, structure, style, and form.
