Booking Virtual Events

If you or your department is planning an upcoming event, you can now book Zoom webinars for hosting virtual events. If you are interested in conducting a Zoom Webinar, start by reserving a webinar room using 91Âé¶¹Ó³»­ Events Management (Ungerboeck). Like other space reservations on campus, Zoom Webinars must be reserved at least 10 days in advance.

Sign into 91Âé¶¹Ó³»­ Events Management and search for "virtual space" or the exact webinar room you would like to use (named by the number of attendees that can join the webinar):

  • Zoom Webinar 100
  • Zoom Webinar 500
  • Zoom Webinar 1000

When prompted for service orders, select "existing set-up." The events team will contact you to discuss the details of your event, confirm date/time, and provide you with the Zoom link to share out with attendees.

This will also allow you to input the details for your event to display on the campus calendar; once posted to the calendar, events will be promoted in campus newsletters and the Today at 91Âé¶¹Ó³»­ Daily Digest.

Webinars require a full tech (like Celeste or Mohrman Theatre would for in-person events). After regular business hours (M-F, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.) there will be an AV tech charge of $40 an hour with a two-hour minimum.
