Visit the Adam F. Press Fitness Center to access over 55 pieces of aerobic equipment, a TRX station, a medicine ball training wall and more! The lower level focuses on strength with a variety of machines, free weights, kettlebells, and half rack/platforms. Other offerings include group classes, 1-on-1 fitness consultations, and individualized programming.

Feeling ambitious? Get your heart pumping outdoors. Hike up the Manitou Incline, shred back-country powder, or scale one of Colorado's 54 "Fourteeners" (peaks over 14,000 feet). Fancy a gentler pace? Stroll through Garden of the Gods Park or spend an ORC weekend soaking in Colorado's bubbling hot springs. Welcome to the heart of the Rockies!
