Glare and Types of Lighting:
- LED can make glare worse
- Short wavelength light (cool light) causes stronger glare than long wavelength light (warm light)
What does this mean?
- Use warm colored lights (see guide for responsible outdoor lighting)
- Although there are many benefits to LEDs, it's important to be diligent when using LEDs. Check out the IDA's to learn more about safe lighting
