Self-care practice: I like to practice self-care by watching my favorite comfort movies (usually of the horror variety) and reading books (usually of the horror variety). Working on personal art projects and cooking are also great ways I unwind.

Favorite thing about the wellness resource center: The WRC is a non-judgmental place filled with so much genuine compassion and care. I love that regardless of who you are you can be welcomed into this space and surrounded by people who want to help you thrive.

Something to know about the WRC: the WRC has access to FREE harm reduction supplies like Narcan and Fentanyl test strips that we will teach you how to use, no questions asked. If you or someone you know could benefit from these resources, please stop by!
